Hypertension alerts monitor indicators of high blood pressure through extended monitoring, alerting users to consult professionals if your heart rate data shows possibility of undetected issues.

Updated sleep scoring enhances rest analysis more straightforward to analyze, similar to competitors including various manufacturers.

Daily upon waking the watch shows a score out of 100 separated into components across three areas: time asleep, schedule and wakeups, all being easy to understand and available via the health software through your mobile as well.

Workout buddy serves as automated guidance that uses your historical exercise information to give you motivational messages around exercise sessions, such as recognising previous running sessions multiple weekly exercises plus intensity measurement you demonstrated.

Additionally offering audible heads-up upon achieving specific targets during exercise, including certain tempo, pulse rate, range, duration or additional measurements.
